ITR Filing Forms for AY 2020-21 Issued



NEW INCOME TAX RETURN (ITR) FILING FORMS FOR A.Y. 2020-21 (F.Y. 2019-20) NOTIFIED

CBDT Vide Gazette notification dated 29th May, 2020 has introduced new ITR filing forms for the A.Y. 2020-21. 

The notification was issued by Ministry of Finance, Revenue department in exercise of the power conferred by Section 139 read with Section 295 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. 

The ITR forms shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette (29th May 2020). 

In this notification following forms are notified:-

1. Sahaj (ITR-1) For individuals being a resident (other than not ordinarily resident) having total income upto Rs.50 lakh, having Income from Salaries, one house property, other sources (Interest etc.), and agricultural income upto Rs.5 thousand.
[Not for an individual who is either Director in a company or has invested in unlisted equity shares].

2. Form ITR-2 For Individuals and HUFs not having income from profits and gains of business or profession.

3. Form ITR-3 For individuals and HUFs having income from profits and gains of business or
profession.

4. Form Sugam (ITR-4) For Individuals, HUFs and Firms (other than LLP) being a resident having total income upto Rs.50 lakh and having income from business and profession which is computed under sections 44AD, 44ADA or 44AE]
[Not for an individual who is either Director in a company or has invested in unlisted equity shares]

5. Form ITR-5 For persons other than- (i) individual, (ii) HUF, (iii) company and (iv) person filing Form ITR-7

6. Form ITR-6 For Companies other than companies claiming exemption under section 11

7. Form ITR-7 For persons including companies required to furnish return under sections 139(4A) [Trust, charitable or religious purposes or in part only for such purposes] or 139(4B) [political party] or 139(4C)[Various associations etc] [ or 139(4D)[university, college or other institution etc] only

8. Form ITR-V INDIAN INCOME TAX RETURN VERIFICATION or ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 
Where the data of the Return of Income in Form ITR-1 (SAHAJ), ITR-2, ITR-3, ITR-4(SUGAM), ITR-5, ITR-6, ITR-7 filed

These forms will be available on income tax ITR filing website https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home to file their ITR by assesses soon.

सरकार 10 मिनट में मुफ्त पैन कार्ड जारी करेगी



भारत सरकार मुफ्त मे पैन कार्ड जारी करेगी 

जैसा कि वित्त मंत्री श्रीमती निर्मला सीतारमन ने बजट घोषणा में कहा था। आधार कार्ड से पैन कार्ड जारी होंगे। ओर यह मुफ्त भी है। इसके लिए कोई शुल्क देय नहीं है।

यह सुविधा आज से भारत में बड़े पैमाने पर जनता के लिए उपलब्ध कराई गई है। पहले यह बीटा परीक्षण के आधार पर थी । इसके सफल परीक्षण के बाद, यह अब जनता के लिए उपलब्ध है। इसकी आसान और पेपरलेस प्रक्रिया है। जिससे 10 मिनट के अंदर ही पैन कार्ड जारी किया जाएगा । 

भारत में अब तक जारी किए गए 50.52 करोड़ पैन कार्ड है और अभी भी बहुत जारी किए जाने है । पैन आवंटन की इस आसान प्रक्रिया के बाद, अधिक लोग इसको प्राप्त कर पाएंगे बिना किया समस्या के । 

कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसके पास आधार कार्ड है और उसका मोबाइल नं आधार कार्ड के साथ पंजीकृत है । वह आसानी से इस सुविधा का लाभ उठा सकता है । इसके लिए व्यक्ति का आधार कार्ड मान्य होना चाहिए  और आधार कार्ड मे मोबाईल नंबर पंजीकृत होना चाहिए। तीनों शर्ते अगर संतुष्ट होंगी । ओर अगर कोई भी शर्त पूरी नहीं होती है तो वह पैन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकता है।

आवेदन कैसे करें?

पैन के लिए आधार कार्ड के साथ आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया बहुत ही सरल है, आपको इसे जारी करवाने के लिए इन सरल 5 चरणों का पालन करना होगा। 


ई-पैन आवेदक को उसकी ईमेल आईडी पर भी भेजा जाता है। यदि यह आधार के साथ पंजीकृत है।

डिजिटल इंडिया के अंतर्गत आयकर विभाग द्वारा तत्काल पैन सुविधा की शुरूआत एक और कदम है।

आयकर विभाग द्वारा की गई इस पहल से जनता को बड़े पैमाने पर लाभ मिलेगा, क्योंकि भारत में लगभग सभी नागरिकों के पास अब आधार कार्ड है। इसके अलावा आयकर विभाग पैन कार्ड लेने के लिए और अधिक लोगों को आकर्षित करेगा और इसके साथ ही आयकर विवरण फाइल की संख्या भी बढ़ेगी ।

FREE PAN CARD IN INDIA

As announced by the Finance Minister Mrs. Nirmala Sitaraman in budget announcement. Instant PAN (Real time Basis) allotment with Aadhaar card.

Also this is free of cost. No fee is payable for it.

This facility is made available to public at large in India from today onwards. Earlier it was under beta testing trial basis. After successful trial of it, it is now available to public. Its easy & paperless process. Issued within 10 minutes.

Approx 50.52 crore PAN cards issued in India till now & still more to be issued. After this easy process of PAN Allotment, more people will attract & get issued for themselves. 

Who can apply?

Any individual having valid Aadhaar card & Mobile No registered/Linked with Aadhaar card can apply. Hence must be Individual, Must have valid Aadhaar card & must have mobile no registered with Aadhaar card. All three conditions must be satisfied. If any condition is not fulfilled then he/she cant apply for the same.

How to apply?

Process to apply for PAN with Aadhaar card is so easy, you have to just follow these simple 5 steps to get it issued. 


The e-PAN is also sent to the applicant on his/her email id. if it is registered with Aadhaar.

The launch of the instant PAN facility is yet another step by the Income Tax department towards Digital India. It's so easy to get PAN for individuals. 

This initiative taken by income tax department will provide huge benefit to public at large, as approx all citizens in India have Aadhaar card now days. Also by this Income Tax department will attract more people to take PAN card & also increase the number of ITR filing as well.

MCA EXTENSION FOR NAMES RESERVED AND RESUBMISSION OF FORMS





Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) extended the validity of Name reserved & also extra time for resubmission of forms.

Extension for Name Reserved under SPICE +(for Incorporation)

For incorporation of new company under SPICE+, Part A filed for name reservation. After name reservation Part B of SPICE+ is require to be filed within 20 days after Part A approval.

But due to lockdown if you didn't file Part B within the available tenure of 20 days.

MCA provided relief to all names expiring between 15th March 2020 to 31st May 2020. TWENTY days time for filing SPICE+ Part B commence from 01st June 2020.

Hence SPICE+ Part B can be filed upto 20th June 2020.


Extension for Name Reserved under RUN (Company Name Change)

To change name of any existing company. RUN is required to be filed to get new name approval and name approved under RUN is valid for 60 days from name reserved and INC 24 is to be filed within this reserved 60 days tenure.

Due to lockdown if didn't file INC 24 within the available tenure of 60 days.

MCA provided relief to all names expiring between 15th March 2020 to 31st May 2020. SIXTY days time for filing INC 24 commence from 01st June 2020.


Hence INC 24 can be filed upto 30th July 2020.


Extension for RESUB (Resubmission) Validity (For Companies)

Whenever any SRN is filed & marked for resubmission is to be resubmitted within 15 days from the date of such resubmission asked for. But if you are not able to file resubmission against any such form due to lockdown.

MCA provided a extra time to all such SRN, Where last date of resubmission falls between 15th March 2020 to 31st May 2020. Fifteen days time for resubmitting it.

Hence RESUB form can be filed upto 15th June 2020.


Extension of Name Reserved for New LLP Incorporation or Change of existing LLP

Form FiLLiP or LLP 5 needs to be filed within 90 days of name reserved as the case may be. And if not filed due to lockdown.

and names expiring any day between 15th March 2020 to 31st May 2020. TWENTY days additional time for filing Form FiLLiP or LLP 5 commence from 01st June 2020.

Hence Form FiLLiP or LLP 5 can be filed upto 20th June 2020.


Extension for RESUB (Resubmission) Validity (For LLP)


Whenever any SRN is filed & marked for resubmission is to be resubmitted within 30 days from the date of such resubmission asked for. But if you didn't file resubmission against any such SRN due to lockdown.

MCA provided extra time to for all such SRN, Where last date of resubmission falls between 15th March 2020 to 31st May 2020. Fifteen days time for resubmitting it beyond 31st May 2020.

Hence RESUB form can be filed upto 15th June 2020 for LLP as well.

Tax Audit due date extended to 31st October 2020



Due date for Tax Audit extended from 30th September 2020 to 31st October 2020 as announcement made by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman today.

Earlier tax audit date was 30th September 2020, but now tax audit can be done upto 31st October 2020 without any late filing fee or penalty.

ITR filing due date extended to 30th November 2020



Due date for filing income tax return for the FY 2019-20 is extended to 30th November 2020

Income Tax return filing due date is extended to 30th November 2020 for all assesses whether individuals, partnership firms, Companies, LLP or other.  Earlier required to be filed on or before 31st July 2020 or 31st October 2020. 

This announcement is made by Finance Minister Mrs. Nirmala Sitaraman today.
